I need to get over it

I'm aware 99% of u will laugh at me and say "its only a game kid; grow up", but I got a really nasty scam earlier today...It was on runescape and I rlly dont want to spread the details, but basically it was a lot of my rs money; and rs is my favourite game and...well, I lost lots. I have the scammers IP and skype, and my instincts are wild to trace him down and give him a keylogger, but I don't even know how to do that. I'm glad I don't because I probably would have done it, and I'm very angry with him, but I know it's just a game...and I know it's right to forgive him so I can move on. In this state of anger, I can't sleep or think properly. I was so angry with him!!! Anyway, I need to get over it, so does anyone have any tips on how to well...forget 5 years of savings (game money ), and put it behind me? All responses are welcome.

Also, how can I make a thread as an anonymous user? I wish to do so, but I can't figure out how. I don't mind people knowing that this is me who had this, but i wanna ask other stuff that I feel i would not like the community to know it was me

 

Well having any intentions of hacking/scamming is a ban-able offense fyi.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did you get scammed of? I think it is crucial to know because if you lost 100M, you can always earn it back by opening services on Sythe.org for members of this forum which you can get payments in form of RSGP. Good luck and most can only help you if you let us know the amount scammed.

 

I have opened a service, but no one trusts me enough...60 views, no replies. Also, the whole point of this thread was to get over the fact that i lost the money; and I still want to rape his cpu, but I know its wrong

 

It's normal when you get scammed to be extremely frustrated. Even if the amount isn't actually that much. Just try and be more cautious in the future with your rsgp, if it is as you say, your favourite game .

I wouldn't even mention hacking someone on the sythe forums.
