Applications pretty much closed when free trade was removed, but they existed long before then. The current application is based on the one Steph was using when free trade was active, back in 2006/2007. During the revisions, new trade requirements and conversion rates were discussed, but the rest (general format, required images, the recommendation, how trades are counted, etc) was all assumed to be the same as the original.

Just curious whether a consensus was reached on this.

Are trades valued as the larger half of the transaction, or the total sum that the OMM handles during the trade? Either way, a clarification should be made on the MM application, as this seems to be a significant point of confusion.

(Although, if account trades are doubled, I would encourage revisions to the MM requirements to reflect the change.)

 

Agreed clarification should be made, as in a sticky.
FireZ says it is whatever you personally handle, so if you handle both sides of the trade, I believe it should count for you.
