Membership

So basically, I've been charged 3.50GBP on my card for 1 months membership which I didnt want. I try to go onto account management to cancel the subscription and put in details etc. It says there are no agreements on my card. WTF is going on. Anyone had the same issue or know how to resolve it?

Your best bet would be to email Jagex directly via their billing email, which is [email protected]

 

sly is probably right, but if you cant retrieve your money, then Its probably gone and you will just have to make the best of your membership

 

If you got membership on your acc, then you or someone else ordered it. If not, then someone knows your CC pass and buys membership for your money.

 

Never heard of that problem before, as said your best bet is to email them. Youve got a fair while to work out before the next payment. You can call your cc provider and have them cancel or block transactions from JaGex.

 

Im not really bothered about this payment but obviously dont want this happening every month. :/

and yeah will probs block payments to/from jagex ltd

 

Or maybe it isn't recurring, that could be the reason.

 

Pretty sure you cant select just one month, its one month recurring
