Casey Anthony found NOT GUILTY on charges for murder

Despicable, I don't know how people like that can live with themselves.

 

Calling the cops at the time of her drowned in the pool would have done little.

Even if the paramedics arrived, and they revived her she would have had severe brain damage.

Although, she could have been more responsible, there's not much we can really do now.

 

I honestly wouldn't mind being 'that guy' when it came to voting YES for her death penalty.

 

Well that's because you obviously knew casey and caylee personally, was there at the time of the murder and know exactly how/where she killed caylee.

The prosecutors clearly didn't do their job's properly; they didn't convince the jury she was guilty beyond all reasonable doubt. The judge cant convict someone where doubt remains. Also, she can't be re-tried for this crime either due to double jeopardy

 

The justice system worked but it is almost certain that she killed her daughter. If she didn't, she is still a HORRIBLE mother. Who fucking doesn't report their daughter missing after a month?

 

You can't know for certain she killed her daughter, thats simply hearsay. Clearly the prosecution didn't do a good enough job, so she's presumed innocent.

 

The verdict surprised me, I thought she would have been declared guilty.

Its probably because of the defense accounting for where she was and why she didn't report her child missing.

 

I'm not happy about this because her house is like 30 mins from where I live..

 

You should pay her a friendly visit.. Anyway I was really surprised also. I thought she would be guilty for sure. I watched some CNN after the verdict and they were saying how the jury could've been swayed by the prosecutor's pretty rude and childish attitude plus being dead tired of hearing about this woman, but who knows. Either way, I'm sure she'll never be able to live this down and be harassed constantly.

However, guilty beyond reason fits this case perfectly. I'm sorry but if my trunk smelled like a decomposing human and I lost my child for a month and did not call the authorities, it's beyond reasonable doubt that I killed my child. The whole chloroform search isn't good evidence at all, but it wouldn't be the first time she lied to the authorities.

 

Though the “Not Guilty” verdicts handed down by the Jury to Ms Anthony neither proves her guilt or innocence, it does show that 12 of her fellow citizens found that the evidence presented against her did not meet the high standard of proving that she committed the crimes of which she was accused of “beyond a reasonable doubt,” a verdict, mind you, one would think would be celebrated for its upholding of the highest ideas of the US Constitution as what stands for one of these people, especially the weakest and most despised, stands for them all.

Instead of celebrating this latest affirmation of the unique power of our Constitution, however, the vast majority of the American people have, instead, launched into what can only be called as an insane attack upon it by impugning the Jury that found Ms Anthony “Not Guilty.”

The reason for them doing so lies in the massive Cable TV and Social Media coverage given throughout Ms Anthony’s tortured saga through the US legal system proclaiming her guilt which have effectively “brainwashed” the public into dishonoring the very instrument that keeps us free.

The Jury did not free Casey Anthony nor did it free O.J. Simpson…..The U.S. Constitution freed them. Pray that we still have the Constitution in place as you mindless people do not see the very covert attack on your freedom, and America is only a heartbeat away from looking like Egypt.

 

i believe someone will kill her. There are too many people unhappy with this verdict

Not get caught.
Cover your tracks.
Bribe.

If she committed the act, she didn't get caught; there was not enough evidence.
