    Hey all!,

If i open a WU account and i want to pick up my earned money. Will they ask for my ID? Because i'm not 18 yet and i would like to have WU as extra payment method. Got now only a verified PayPal. My country: The Netherlands. I will pick it up at a GWK Travelex

I believe you must show some form of ID when you pick up money.

You dont need to be 18, and yes a Passport or driver licence is a must if you dont have ID. Also student cards and such are not supported by WU, at least in my country.

Drivers license and passport are ID. I think if they put a test question and give you the answer you don't need ID, however there is a limit to how big the transaction can be.

You dont need to be 18 and you need ID, you could even have the person send to ur mom's name and pick it up with ur mom.

You only need to be 18 to send the money. You can receive it with proper identification.

I believe there's a $2500 receiving limit. You pick the cash up at an agent, they provide a number that you must fill out when picking up the cash, along with some other information. This number can be checked online for when looking to see if the money's ready for pick-up.
