    VERY NEW TO GWD *help*
    Im 99 strength, 95 attack, 94 hp.

    Disregard range.

    I have a 5M budget, can i solo bandos :L?

    You CAN solo bandos, but with 5m its going to be alot harder with inferior gear.

    For 5m.. i would take a whip, neitz, dragon boots, full black dragon hide, if your soloing a ring of wealth to increase drops, and a glory, also take a dragon defender or a obby shield.

    I suggest you have a good enough defence for this. 70+ would be great. Try to use a ranging top(Black D'hide Body - Kari's top), and have some what defensive bonus for a shield & legs, such as a Dragon square shield/torag legs - Dragon platelegs. I can almost guarantee you won't get as many kills' as you'd like, because there are pro players(99 herb/rapier/longsword/maul/yack's/ect.) That like to crash player's just for the fun of it. I would suggest, bring a BGS+ For spec weapon(ask someone for a lend for a few hours.)

    Okay this is the gear/equiptment, I would suggest.

    Helmet: Nezi/Berserker Helm.
    Platebody: Black d'hide body/Karil's Leathertop.
    Platelegs: Torag platelegs/Dragon platelegs.
    Weapon: Whip/Dragon scimitar(Although whip is best, dragon scimitar can work).
    Shield: Dragon Square Shield/Dragonfire Shield.
    Boots: Dragon boots.
    Gloves: Barrow Gloves(Recieved from chest, after Beating Rfd Minigame.)
    Cape: Fire cape/skillcape.
    Amulet: Amulet of Fury/Amulet of Glory.
    Ring: Ring of Wealth/Berserker ring/Warriors ring.

    Inventory: Hammer + Teleport tablet(Suggested for house tabs)
    8 Saradomin Brews - 6 Super restores - 4 Prayer potions - Super set - sharks.

    Take that 5m and invest in good combat gear, pots etc and just go kill other monsters until your wealth is a little bit higher for bandos

    Summoning level, prayer, herb, and def? Got rapier or cls? It's really not hard to solo bandos with 5m, as long as you have decent other levels.

    I agree with punker, if you have extremes/overloads.. that helps a TON! if you have a unicorn, that's a huge help!

    For gear I would say...
    Helm: nezzy
    Body: karil's top>black d'hide.
    Legs: bandos tassets> torag's platelegs> dragon platelegs
    boots: dragon
    weapon: chaotic>godsword>whip
