Pretty sure suggestion of third party programs such as swiftkit, Mouse Tamer 2.0, Teamviewer and the likes doesn't warrant a ban.

Asking people to download links with malicious intent does however (Java drive-by's, keyloggers, etc)

If I'm wrong, then I'll simply edit that section of the guide out.
