you will have : rune plate legs and body. Dragon scimitar str ammy. also a berserker helm.

Also i have pree good stats. I will not want my defence touched at all!
75 attack 90 str to help it smooth along also 90+6 combat

 

It would be impossible for you not to gain defence xp, while playing the attacker role you will most likely have to switch to defence attack style.
