If you are not the original owner then who would seriously buy for 1b +, let alone 100m.

The original owner can always recover easily just with their IP address. So lets say within a month, you are settled on your account, all your wealth on it etc, the original owner doesnt even know that its been resold, and then recovers it to level up a few dungeon levels or something...-->= loss of $1000+
