24/7 Botting

Im looking to 24/7 bot on my new macbook pro, but i was wondering how to do this without basically wrecking the battery? Should i keep it plugged in with the charger the whole time or what?

And yes, keep it plugged in the WHOLE time, tune down the amount of cores your processor is using, if you can on shitbookpros.

 

Alright thanks, i dont know if ill use a laptop cooler but i think ill just bot for like 5 hours, let it sleep for like 5, bot 5 more, etc

 

I don't leave the battery inside, just use electricity power, or the battery will die quick. Mine has been botting 5 days straight.

I don't use a laptop cooler, but you should. I just put mine by the window at night lol.

 

Plugged in, also keep it cool.

 

As said above, do not run your laptop 24/7 with the battery in.
Take out the battery, and run solely off the power supply.

Or you will be recharging your battery every 15 minutes because it will not hold a charge after prolonged use.

What Mac do you have?

 

I bot 24/7 with my battery in, and have been doing so for almost a year now...

My battery still has like 4 hours... (which is what is was when I got it)

 

i have mac book pro, 13 inch, lowest capabilites

 

Optimum settings to use when botting, like basically what should i do to make the computer run most efficiently?

I turned down the brightness on the screen basically all the way, but how do i turn down cpu settings and everything else necessary?

 

Get a VPS. That way, you wont need to worry about your computer at all. PhotonVPS is probably the best one out there, but SeerHost is decent and cheaper

 

yeah. just keep it plugged in. It won't damage your battery significantly unless you let it go for weeks and weeks. But, A day or two wont do much

 

Alright, i realized the battery on the new macs are built in... but i looked on like mac feedback websites and a bunch of people leave it on overnight to download things and it hasnt affected batteries so i should be fine

 

Obvious bot breaks are obvious.

If you're going to break, do it at random times.

Also as already suggested, take your battery out and keep the laptop in charge whilst your botting.

I'd also recommend a laptop cooler if you're planning on botting for long periods of time.
