Did anyone on sythe start with nothing to offer?

Anyone? I used to have plenty of runescape accounts, gold and about $200 in paypal, I figured that would be enough to get highly repped and gain a big profit with it.

After awhile though, I got off sythe mainly because I quit runescape and I sold my RS accounts for steam. I then forgot the steam account info, and one of the steam accounts was hacked.

So atm I have basically nothing to offer accept my GFX shop, 3m and $2 xD

Has anyone here started with basically nothing, and become successful?

 

I've sort've just started off, wouldn't say I was successful yet but I'm certainly starting to branch out.
I came to this site with £100... will update in about a month to see what I've got.

True, but you have tons of vouches and you can easily get some sort of profit from MM'ing.

 

I came here with nothing, I guess you could say I ended up successful, maybe not financially necessarily though.

Yup. I started a bit less than 15 dollars on my paypal account. Bought kminer to make money selling mining accounts with gp =D When free trade came out I got into merchanting gp. I was very foolish and would sell to anyone because I didn't know about chargebacks etc. Sold like 10k worth of gold in my first week with no trust, thank god no one actually chargebacked me :love: Things picked up from there.

 

I started with absolutely nothing and worked my way up gradually.

How much do you estimate you've made through sythe by now?

 

If so, nothing significant. What I meant by that is that I was never extremely active in the market and was successful in terms of ranking. Now that I think about it I made a fair amount of money middlemanning.

 

I started off with nothing, and worked myself up.

If you can get yourself into botting, money will come in at a constant rate.

 

I see. Well hopefully I can make about $20 worth of GP so I can buy a bot or two, and work my way from there. As of now just working with GFX.

When you talk about the botting business, do you mean botting your own accounts for rsgp, or charging others to get them certain stats?

Started with nothing, got a couple small trades under my bet for personal reasons, don't care if I get anywhere, just enjoying my time on Sythe.

 

I started with absolutely zip. Now I've traded hundreds, most of what I've made and lost here.

 

My friend (who is now a G-Mod) told me about the site.
This was back before the removal of free trade.
I didnt have much, but i played runescape avidly on an off for like 3 years.

I made a guide back in 2008 on how to make a lemon lime bitters in hopes of applying for the User Educator team. I then stopped sythe, only to come back in march, when everyone in my school started playing again.

I then made a botting service, but failed the first order (100 zeals) because the bot screwed over, overnight. I stopped that service completely. 2 Months later i opened up a questing service. It has gotten me the majority of my vouches and i completed big orders like desert treasure. I now feel i have alot to offer sythe, and have aspirations to run bigger and better things, i.e. i would like to get into middlemanning so i wouldnt have to do much, just do half n hour trades, rather then hand work whole quests for internet pixels. i dont aspire to be an OMM though, just a few more vouches.

My next goal would proberbly reach a 1,000 post count, then hope to have some sort of title, or even become moderator.
