PKing on: Private Server vs Real RS?

Real RS vs Private Server (Near Reality)

So I just came back to RS after 9 months, and I have a MAXED acc, and I noticed everything has changed. High lvl edge pking is no longer been done with RUNE armour; infact everyone is pking with barrows or expensive equipment.

I bough 30m yesterday, but then I thought...The only reason I play RS is for PKing. Is it worth spending so much on real RS, if you can do the same on a private server?

The private server is called "Near Reality". I don't know how famous it is but I hear its good. But is it as good as "Real RS"?

Any further suggestions plz?

 

Near Reality recently got hacked, no joke, I was on a cruise earlier this summer and I met this kid who said he played private servers. Then he mentioned NR, and how shitty it was getting. So.
But yeah, anyway, private server PKing is only really fun if you have a LOT of people playing, and is most fun when you have friends play.
Real Runescape PKing is fun when you have cash, and a lot of it to start.

 

I would go with real rs because there are more players

 

I'll rather play real RS than private servers. I know playing on private servers is free, but i still find it alot more funny to play real rs.

I'd settle with real. I used to play NR when I got bored of RS, it changed and it's not that good anymore. Unless you start out with all the customs that they have..

Real RS for sure. Most private server's are usually a way of the owner/coders/staff of any sort to gain an income from the players' that play. While RS you know, won't be going down anytime soon and you can guarantee to have a fun/realistic time. Also the pking is mearly flawless(as I do know some servers also have flawless pking), but I would rather make money on a game which Hundreds and thousands people play(and to sell some over sythe) to gain profit for IRL or other activities. In other words, RS is a much better choice then a private server by FAR.

 

Runescape,there's an actual risk... I mean where's the fun if there's no risk? there's more players, and if you're successful you could see a few $ in return.

 

Pking on private servers: $$$ to be equal with all the kids who buy their way through the game...

Pking on real rs: $$$ or time to make money unless your just very good at pking

Luring kids on real rs: priceless

Summary, lure kids and pk, repeat for ultimate satisfaction

 

I think real runescape will always be better, because if you ever want to call quits.. you can always sell everything to people, you wont really have to look that hard for a buyer...

 

Real runescape is more fun, but the question is, is it worth the time and cash and stats? that part I would say no, if you can afford it and deal with all the pjers, etc. runescape will be better, if you want more oldschool shit graphics, easy cash and stats, p server would be better. It's all opinion

 

RS is better, although, spawn servers can be a lot of fun if it doesn't lagg like a mofo.

Revolution X is a fun server as well.


But, just use rune and you'll be fine. Or use the cheapest barrows you can get..
