Where to train?

I hate to sound like a noob, but it's been ages since I've trained on an acc this low. I am looking for a spot to train a 60-60-60 account. It's member. 1 prayer/summoning. It has good gear for it's level. Any advice would be appreciated. ;P

 

Hmm, try go get 70 def in some place, then go bandits with guthans?

 

You can easily go 60-70 in a day or so at minotaurs/flesh crawlers in Stronghold of Sec.

 

I have been doing minotaurs, but their exp is shit.

 

you might be able to take on ghouls.

I trained at Otherworldly Beings until 70/70/70 and then I started training at the Living Rock Cavern. I'm getting upwards of 90k exp/hr using a full inventory of Wild Pies (currently these accounts are about 94/94/94 though). I'm too lazy to configure the bot to bank using a teletab, but I imagine that'll increase the EXP rate even more.

EDIT: Looks like Wild Pies aren't buyable anymore. Any food that heals over 160 is fine, but the more healing, the more EXP/hr considering the somewhat long bank trip. Also, a super set is a must in any training situation.

Might try out other worldy being, but not sure. Keep the suggestions coming.

 

I liked OWB because they were in a concentrated area, and the bank was visible from their spot. It got about 50-75k/hr total. From what I can tell, it's the easiest spot for that level; and it only takes about 2 days to get to 70-70-70 anyway.

 

Anything cockroach related in the stronghold any good?

 

flesh crawlers are around 45-50k an hour. use a super set and sharks and you will get even more xp.

 

Are they still really packed? I was going to go there, but when I used to go it was extremely packed.

 

deadly red spiders in the stronghold is the best spot once you get 40+ def. there are good bots for it too

 

Was considering that as well, but don't you need some good stats to hit on them successfully for good exp?
