    I can't sleep, need help.

    Today I was really stressed. I actually cried for a little bit, but I'm still VERY stressed. Not going to go into detail as to why, but I am. I have been lying in bed with my eyes closed for about 5 hours now, and I can NOT, for the life of me fall asleep. I just want some advice on something that would help me sleep. RIGHT NOW, and that's free.

    It's just one of those nights. I can't really think of anything that will for sure help other than drugs. See if you have some Tylenol PM or something. You can always try listening to some calming music or watch tv. Whatever you think will help you fall asleep.

    I can't sleep, need help.

    I've downed a couple of those medicine cup things of nyquil, and taken 3 shots of vodka. I'm more pissed off/sad than anything though. God dammit.

    That's even better. I'd say just keep taking shots until you can sleep. In the mean time, just watch some tv to take your mind off of whatever you're upset about. Not sure if you smoke or not, but some bud would of course help a lot if you have some.

    Theres really simple solution for that: get tired. Idk, go running, go to the gym, anything, really.

    Your mind is processing too much stimuli. The best way to get yourself to sleep, is turn all the lights off, and try not to trouble your mind. Perhaps listening to music may alleviate the stress of the day.

    Maybe going back and posting another thread anonymously in detail might let us help you more.

    Take a cold shower, get into some fresh clothes, hop into a new bed or change the sheets if you have time. Even fluff up your pillow more or change the case. This would help if you keep tossing and turning feeling stuffy. remember: when in bed, dont try and fall asleep, just try and relax and enjoy the peacefullness and eventually youll slip into unconciousness.

    I can't sleep, need help.

    I cannot sleep without sounds and background noise, i leave my TV on really low volume an usually just drift off to sleep. My GF doesnt like it tho haha.

    im not trying to be gross or funny but masturbating usually makes you tired after you done so thats the best time to try to go to bed

    Oh yeah, great way to relax and to lose stress is by downing shots of vodka. It's a fucking depressant...
