How can I get my account unbanned?

I recovered my very first account recentely which was banned for botting back in 2009. I was perm banned. Now that I have it back, I go into the appeal offence section, and it says the offence is expired and no longer affects my account. However, I am still perm banned, almost 2 years after the offence was removed.

Is there anything I can do to get my account unbanned at this point?

You need to get like a 3 month game card or something to get it unbanned...I think that is what people say they have had to do to get it unbanned.

There's a thread on the RS forums that you can submit your account for review. if they decide to unban it, they place negative membership credit on it; in order to log into it, you need to use 30 day or 90 day membership cards.
