Problem With Pa

i recently sold 140m to someone via playerauctions and the buyer didnt confirm delivery, i didnt worry about it cuz it said they will automatically send the payments after 3 days without the buyer confirming, now it says :


This email is to inform you that the (username of buyer)is under reviewed by PlayerAuctions due to violations of our terms of service. All the related order(s) need to be cancelled with this user. If you have not delivered your product, please stop the delivery IMMEDIATELY. If you have mad e any partial delivery, please feedback to PlayerAuctions by completing the attached form and returning all the required relevant information.

NOTE: WE CANNOT PROCESS THE VERIFICATION ON THE DELIVERY, AS WELL AS THE PAYMENT, UNLESS THIS FORM IS FILLED OUT CORRECTLY AND REQUESTED INFORMATION IS SENT WITHIN THE NEXT 48 HOURS

Following a seller’s full delivery confirmation, buyers are given 72 hours to confirm delivery or file a dispute. In the event that the buyer takes no action and the 72 hour period expires, we will assume that the delivery was completed and successfully close the order

already sent 2 pics of the trade with username of buyer and the buyer accepting trade what should i do ?
i sent the pics to some playerauction mails is there any proper emails i should send it to ?

 

Did you send the form to the email given by PA in this notice? If you did then theres nothing left to do other than wait.

 

Click open dispute on the trade. then send pictures of you trading the username, ensure the username you traded is the same one as listed in the order

 

they attached no form or any document, didnt see any trade and dispute thing ?, before the name of the buyer showed in the order but now it doesnt ?

 

This is why i didnt wanna use player auctions.

 

depends if your a buyer, buyer dont get charge fees and they are protected, sellers just get ripped off
