    Hope all botters get banned.
No sympathy for any, even though I bot my mining accounts.

    Never once botted my main.

However, this is most likely another lie.
Like the one they told us when they said "We have better bot detection now"

I agree. botting skills like hunting are fine in my book cause hunter is a boring skill. But having 30+ accounts running at a time botting things like frost dragons is insane.

If they honestly wanted to stop people from botting, they would just go back to issuing permanent bans.

but they don't want to do that because bots that are p2p pay money.

I'm going to call this a bluff, if I get a letter in the mail from jagex for botting I'll let you guys know.

Their macro detection program= Kids going wild with mods.

I think the personal information is probably referring to PB scripters who develop the scripts. There's probably 2 million accounts if not more, jagex isn't going to trace back 1.2million peoples personal information.

I'm pretty sure by the end of the year we will see a "Runescape's official training service" buy a 99 stat for $100, which will be their new method of fighting botting.

A "purging" of the bots would be a great sight to see. I bot my main 24/7 in dung so I am not excused but RS really does need something done.

I could honestly say it's not going to happen, but then yet again today i've seen dozen of accounts get banned/reset/roll-bakced, ect. Im not sure if they're starting to crack down on bots or what. My mod friend said, they recieve'd a message on reporting players or have more then likely been botting.(Proof is required, or to catch them in the act). Im not sure if this is true, but i've seen about 2 dozen+ people get reset today. So this could be a new thing going on that might actually happen. :s

It's the same thing every 3 months. Everyone already knows that they cannot detect the best bots, etc. It's a lost war for them.

Jagex has no right to obtain my or any other botter's information from a botting website. If Rsbots does infact give my PayPal details to Jagex, I will sue both them and Jagex.

This hasn't deterred me from botting one bit. It's just another announcement.

    If it's true, hallelujah.
Don't really bot anymore, and banning bots would definitely see a major rise in GP $.
So I'm actually praying jagex aren't lying. Though they've done this so many times, i'm 80% sure it's to stop botters from botting.

they might can get paypal emails if it goes to court, but it would take years to try and match paypal emails with accounts. and even then all they could do would be to ban the account. all that work, time, and money just to ban paying members is just a ridiculous accusation on there part. its a scare tactic. :noworry:
