It's OK.. Err.. Next time try to get more colouring in it and put a bit more effort in it!

 

It sucks. Tired of people giving new CnC easily.
You just started, you're projj aware that it sucks. Saying it rocks doesn't help him.

Your drop shadows don't match. Some are farther away, fix that or if you're going for different distances, change the lighting on the characters.
Also, the blue circle effect isn't really nice. Try adding in some bevel and/or emboss.
Also, the blue is random. With the effect, you'd want some blue text or another effect to contrast it.
You wouldn't comprehend the rest of my advice.
Just keep trying and posting. Tutorials REALLY help, trust me.
The text with no effects doesn't work at all. It's just sort of there in different places.
