    Hello, members of Sythe.org!


    Today, I'm going to be making some suggestions to further the activity of Sythe.org -- thus attracting more members!

    PLEASE NOTE: The following suggestions will only be the rough draft of the development. More can be added, if accepted.



    Suggestion #1 - GFX / Video Editing Section
    Information:
    The video editing was originally suggested by lolcats123, but revamped. You may find the thread here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1179161. As for the actual suggestion, I believe the GFX section should be remade into a 'Visual Art' section with the exception of having video editing and discussion / competition added-on.

    Suggestion #2 - Journalist / Advertisement / Events Teams
    Information:
    • Journalist Team - The point of the journalist team would be to share experiences, stories, interesting facts, and etc about Sythe.org -- and whatever the website promotes. Every now and then, journalists can write about themes. Possible rewards could be added later on.

    • Advertisement Team - The point of the advertisement team would be to insure that Sythe.org is advertised is viewers in a positive way. The concept of how the advertisement would transact would be entirely up to who is on the team, as long as it stayed within the rules of course!

    • Events Team - The point of the events team would be to create more community involvement, whether it be a RuneScape, WoW, or even real life event.

    PLEASE NOTE: Each team will have it's own rank, and it's own section. Rank leaders will have moderator status only to those sections.

    An "events team" basically already exists with the RS citadel clan and the WoW clan.
    I dont see how the journalism and advertising teams would work...how would they improve the site?

    They, I imagine, Could report on happenings and goings around Sythe, such as if there is a major event one day.

    Also, I imagine advert's could be placed in them maybe?

    I don't support renaming GFX to visual arts, it's working fine the way it is but I do agree on adding a video editing section or something along those lines.

    As for the second suggestion(s) - I don't see the need for an advertisement or journalism team the way you described it. I may have misinterpreted what you meant, though. As for the events team there are already people running events as rsaccounttrader said.
