new phishing scam?

I've received 4 emails like this that have passed my spam filters. I'm assuming if they were true, I'd have messages in my inboxes on RS and they would atleast put my username in the email. Anyone else getting these?

 

Yeah ever since jagex got into the email stuff, people have been sending this out. Carefull.

 

ugh, I get spammed by these emails all the time on all my emails, I get WoW emails to

 

Same I get these both, I never even bother to click on them because I know it is just a phishing attempt.

 

I got phished for my WoW account a few months back because the email looked very real since it was fancy and all it took me 2 weeks to recover my account luckily i got everything refunded by blizzard plus the guy who phished my account had been goldfarming herbs so i made alot of gold plus 2 days later i got a email from someone i didnt know at all and i received 3k worth in herbs ''probably from another character of the phisher'' so i guess i got lucky ?

 

I don't think Jagex should have ever implemented any sort of email system...

Even when I get official Jagex emails I always question them with suspicion

 

My inbox has over 100 emails from Jagex lol, they're all phishes

 

Dumb phishers think there good putting "Greetings" all there doing is blowing there cover

 

They pass through my filter too lol. These suicide bombing spammers can smd

 

Most of these go straight to Spam, also Blizzard phishing mails which I never played go straight to Spam.

I even got phishing mails from a game called Dofus yesterday -.-

 

Some of the phishing emails have dreadful spelling mistakes like...
'Jaygex' But to be honest, makes it even more believable, Jaygex don't seem the smartest bunch.

 

I'm getting spammed with these mails. Just don't even open them.

 

You can actually have a problem when you have email linked to an account, so when u get these you dont know if they are actually true. 99% of them arent, so you just should check on runescape official site.

 

I've gotten plenty of these too! Its awful. I honestly don't even look at anything jagex really sends me because of all this!

 

I get those emails everyday, and its quite annoying!

 

I never registered on runescape using the e-mail in my signature. Yet, I get messages of my account being suspended or temp banned on this e-mail. LOL funny phishers.

I get them all the time, just ignore them.

 

Usually when i get them i go into the RS Forums > Account Security > Identifying E-mail Phishing/Identifying Website Phishing, and i ALWAYS report the little bastards to those threads. If you guys would do that toooo... then we could stop this.

But, yeah. I never care to log on RS on the actual website. I always just log in-game, and if i see i have a new message, ill manually go to runescape.com, never have i ever clicked a link from them from my e-mail.

AND! If any pro keyloggers are here, i have ideas for you. You wanna scam a phisher? Make about 10 lvl 3 accounts you don't want. Go to all the phishing sites with them, when they get hacked, recover him back via e-mail/or use the manual. Then get their IP and keylog them to get their accounts. >:]. Would that not be epiiiic?
