Special Bar Restore System Changed?

    Hey guys,
    I noticed today that none of my korasi specs were double speccing at all. Upon further investigation, I saw that the special restore times were varying between :32 and :38 seconds to restore, instead of the usual :30
    I know I'm not mistiming, #1 because of the huge difference in times, and #2 because I'm using both an Iphone time and Swiftkit time.
    Is anyone else experiencing this problem? It seems to happened to me just today

    L2PK, if double korasi specs are the only way you can get kills, the wilderness is not for you. You have to be ever changing an evolve with the updates as a PKer. I started PKing alot less after korasi was released as i was getting pumped for Max Mage or DH sets all day long..

    that makes no sense.. are you trying to tell me it's harder to pk with the prod sword than it is in full dh? L.M.A.O.

    45 def = no dh, It's just easy with the way I'm pking in Chaotic Maul or Rapier, which hits ppl up to 50% of their health...

    ok if you want hard pking stay on p2p and pk in f2p gear. it's possible to get kills. I've gotten maple shortbow/rune 2h kills on my level 104 on p2p before. that's a fun challenge for you.

    I'm not looking for challenge, I'm looking for fun...... Tb+double korasi was fun....
    Lungworms says he's not being affected at all, anyone else have relevant comments

    you can still get korasi kills, it's not like it's completely nerfed.

    I'm pretty sure it was updated, I was just talking to my friend who uses the korasi a lot and said the same thing you did.
