Anyway I can make another verified PayPal account without bank account?

Question is in the OP.

I want to make another PayPal, but I don't want to put my debit card in because it's already on my personal PayPal. I just want another account dedicated for trades through Sythe. How would I go about verifying another PayPal without a bank account?

 

Are you of age to get a credit card? If so an actual credit card under your name should verify your account, as long as its not one of those pre paid cards. The credit card woul have to actually have your name etc. on it.

 

You could use a virtual bank account but those accounts normally close after a few months so I wouldn't keep cash in that account. Your only other option would be to use a credit card.

 

why not go to another bank, and sign up for a debit account with them to only use for sythe?

You should get your card within 3-5 working days, create a paypal account, and everything should be verified by 22nd July at the very latest i would say.

 

I was under the impression you were not allowed to have more than 1 PP acc?

 

Go to your bank and ask if you could have made an another credit card, so you always have a personal one and a one for trading/buying/selling W/E

If you are a US citizen then you can get a credit card with your name and you will be able to verify it, but I would recommend getting a new debit card from your bank and have everything secure.

 

You can't have more than one PP account.

 

I have 2 paypal accounts

 

I have 3 Paypal accounts

Just open up another bank account (For example I have bank accounts with Bank of America, Chase bank, and TCF Bank)

Alternatively, you can use a friend's paypal that you trust. A clustermate of mine allows me to use his paypal for greendot moneypak uploads since my paypals were all flagged.
