Black Ops ps3 or xbox360

what should i get to play black ops on xbox or ps3

leaning towards ps3 cause psn costs nothing but xboxlive does

i'd get an xbox because i like their exclusives more but i dont know what you like.

There are a few factors when deciding..

1) How often will you play? If you play a lot more, then Xbox 360 is probably your bet since the online gameplay is supposedly much better
2) What do your friends have? This is your main priority, of course you want to be able to play with your friends
3) Can you wait for the new map packs? If not, go with Xbox 360
4) IGNORING BLACK OPS, which console better suits your need? For example, do you need the Blu-Ray player on the PS3? Xbox 360 to ... stream some TV I guess?

Overall, I went with the PS3 but it's all up to you I guess

Xbox 360, Live has so many players on it and the interface is great as well.

Playstation 3 then you get a blu-ray player too.

 

I'd say 360, Though PS3 does have a blu-ray but the online is simply terrible.

 

Except when they let hackers steal your credit card information..
Other than that, go ahead with PSN.

Although, Xbox 360 is alot better gameplay in my opinion.

Also it's true xbox live costs money. But the money goes toward improving on the system while PS3 just has.. crappy online

 

Xbox is a lot better imo

 

Get it for the system that you have the most friends on, Black Ops sucks when your not playing in a party.

 

I prefer xbox because most of my friends have it, so depending on what your friends play.

 

Personally I prefer PS3 because the online is free.

 

Moved to console gaming.

 

Just throwing this out there, seemingly a lot more girls have a ps3.
I prefer xbox 360, more games, blue ray is unnecessary, also the online is a lot better with xbox, and there's more players, which means games are more active.

Kinect is also, 1000x better than move.

Go with the PS3 mate. I've owned both the Xbox 360 and PS3 and i've found the PS3 a better experience.

 

I ended up getting a PS3 because that's what most of my friends had, and it's really fun playing with them. Also i had played PS3 a lot with my friends so i was used to the controller and stuff.

 

It's the same game on both. I got mine on Xbox since I have an Xbox, lol and so do most of my friends, but either one will do.
