Even though he my OWN a 4 digit, the given screenshot CAN NOT BE a 4 digit. The statement of taf89 is completely correct!

Any given account created in the early steam days has at least the HL1 pack (8 games).

Option 1: SteamID made a mistake and should correct himself.
Option 2: SteamID is a scammer and should get banned.

So my roll call to everyone: DO NOT TRADE UNTIL THE ACCOUNT GETS VERIFIED, USE A OMM IN ANY CASE for the simple reason this guy does not completely know what he is talking about!
