Can Player Auctions Really Charge Fraud?

They're breaking the in-game rules of RS by condoning game gold selling, and account trading. Tell me, how is it that they can accuse a scammer of fraud? Also, isn't virtual good trading shuned by the law? Player Auctions makes it seem like they're a head taller than Sythe, and to be honest when it comes down to accounts, scammers will be scammers. Why do people seeking accounts head over there? Sythe at least classifies people by the number of successful sales they've completed so if you're willing to take the risk, at least you have something to back up your decision. If I buy Joe Blow's account on P.A. and he recovers it the next day, you mean to tell me I have a legal case that will guarantee me making sure he gets a $10,000 fine?

I doubt it considering virtual trading shouldn't be allowed anyway

How is that credit card fraud? You (the buyer) willingly sent money to a company (the middle man), who in turn transferred your money to someone else (the seller) with your willing, legal consent. Let's not forget here, that the buyer has a gracious time period to cancel the trade, at any given time. Virtual goods aren't tangible either, so this is saying in a nut shell that, "Related activity in connection with computers", justifies you coughing up $10,000 or else getting locked up into pokey? Does anyone else smell the irony in that last paragraph? Jagex abiding rules say that RWT is not acceptable, therefore you're taking risk in engaging in legal activity through and through.

Yeah I don't see why Jagex didn't stop them yet. I guess they just don't care anymore.
