First he told deposit is Refundable

He gold me gold, hired me, and gave me the accounts work. I was a little scared because of his work. I thought my reputation would be ruined. When is trying to scam because account managing is unsecure and difficult.

After 14 day's I'm demanding give me back my deposit

This shows clear scamming behaviour:
Taking a deposit under false pretenses.
Changing the agreed ToS afterwards.
Misrepresenting the role offered.
Refusing to refund the deposit after the agreed 14 days.

@Powerlah I have not handled any of your tickets yet, nor have I committed any kind of fraud against you. I have already waited 14 days for my deposit to be refunded. After 14 days, you are now blaming me for breaching the ToS.

According to Sythe rules, once a ToS is agreed upon, you cannot change it afterwards. You edited the ToS after my agreement, which means the new version is not valid. I only agreed to the original ToS, not the edited one.
It has now been over 24 hours and the @Powerlah has still not replied to this report. This further shows that he has no valid defense and is simply avoiding repayment.

 

It was me who asked you to make a report as we couldn't come to a agreement. I will await @Zora decision. Be cool pal. I am not scamming anyone here.

The report was created because you refused to return my deposit even after the 14 days we agreed on. If you weren’t scamming, you would have simply refunded instead of delaying and editing the ToS afterwards. I will also wait for @Zora decision, but the facts are clear.

 

U do know that I just got online 2 days ago.i was in the hospital. Looking after my mum and all. I am not looking into any dispute? I asked you to make a report so that a neutral third party to have a look. If anything is wrong. I am off to the hospital again. Just DM me your payment details I will pass you back. I’m not being hostile, I only opened this report because my deposit was not returned after the agreed time. You previously said I breached ToS and refused to refund, which is why I had to bring this to Sythe. If you are now willing to return the deposit, I’ll gladly DM you my payment details so this can be resolved quickly. I just want the refund that I’m owed.

I already gave you my payment details and told you to send $75. Maybe you misunderstood — I am not in a bank to take interest from you. On August 27, I paid you 500M, which at that time was $0.15 × 500 = $75. Now the price of 500M is $0.17 × 500 = $85. I only mentioned the gold price to show the change. But I clearly told you that you should just send back $75. There was no need to argue about this here.You already know what my stance.
