Staff Feedback

I cannot tell if this is a compliment or criticism. In the case that it is a compliment: thank you, I try to monitor staff activity and give generally constructive feedback. In the case that it is a criticism and therefore sarcastic: I was complimenting Farcast and concurring with wulfspade as Farcast is a friend and i believe he deserves recognition for his spike in activity since becoming global. If you don't think he enjoyed my remark, you should ask him and if he didn't I will cease to concur with current feedback, and will only produce original feedback.
I've personally always been made happy by legitimate compliments and recognitions of my work, as well as constructive criticism, and I hope the staff too is motivated by positive feedback and taught by constructive criticism, which is why I leave so much.

Also, looking back, I haven't left feedback on staff members, before that post, since page 10. I did and will, however, read every post in this thread and comment on deconstructive feedback or other posts.

 

Determinate - Doing a great job in his new position, keep up the good work and keeping closing down on those spam reports!

Pokemoners - Glad to see someone finally took action on the pizza/movie services in the non-virtual items section

RsProd - Keep up the good work, huge thanks from all of us on the OGV team for your continued activity

Wulfspade1 - Noticed you've been spending a lot more time in the RaS section, keep it up!

Farcast - Congratulations on the promotion to Global mod, I'm absolutely positive you'll have no problem transitioning from what I've seen from you thus far

 

CSkiffingt1 - Doing a good job. Helped me a lot in the past.
RsProd - You've been doing an incredible job. Always replied to my annoying PMs to the best of your knowledge.
Wulfspade1 - Very active and does a lot of work. Keep it up.


FireZ - You are doing amazing. Thanks for keeping the community clean.
Karl - You're good in everything you do.
n4n0 - Doing a good job. Helped me a lot in the past.
Plznate - You're a great global mod and I like the fair decisions you made in several cases.

 

Wulfspade - sent me a PM as soon as I was promoted offering me assistance if needed. This is the sort of ''behind the scenes'' activity that you guys might not always be exposed to. He's also doing a great job in Report a Scammer.

 

Top 2 favorites are RsProd and FireZ for flawless work towards making sythe a better community. +5 For them.

RsProd - Nothing much. But his awesome. He took his rank tasks seriously.
FireZ - Of course. Been a great Global Moderator everytime. Always doing his job.
Karl - His good Friendly and helps out in the Unofficial IRC Chat.
Matthew - Same goes to Matthew, helps out in the Unofficial IRC Chat.

 

Might wanna take Sengira off of the list

 

Blondi - Not very familiar with you however, I'm sure you'll make a great SFA mod.
CSkiffingt1 -- I know you've been very busy lately IRL but I know when you get more time you will keep up the good work .
Determinate -- Congratz on RS mod buddy. Doing a great job so far.
Pokemoners -- Congratz on OMM Roy, I know you'll do a great job. Also doing a wonderful job as a mod.
Sacro -- Haven't seen you for quite awhile, but I've seen you posting more often lately.
Sengira -- Also haven't seen you for a bit I'm guessing your more behind the scenes right now.
RsProd -- What can I say, your an all-around great guy and doing a great job in your fairly new position. Keep up the good work.
Wulfspade1 -- I'm very happy to see you helping a lot with the RaS and dispute sections. Keep up the good work!


I forgot to copy and paste the rest but here are a couple other mods I can think of off the top of my head.


Farcast: Congratz on global Sam, keep up the great work and we appreciate what you do around here.

FireZ: You're a legend JT keep up the hard work and hammering those vaders

Karl - Thanks for setting me straight, infractions are sweet little warnings that are putting off my growth on sythe.
n4n0 - Ive seen alot of big signatures, keep up with replacing them.
Plznate - Active and helpful, i hope someone can sell you a half wine!


Finn - You are the most community involved staff member
Giverny - THANKS for removing my TwC! It was unfair and you saw it!!
Govind - Involved alot, Enjoy my 68 cents btw.

I can personally reported you numerous times regarding your spam posts, and you pointless "additions" to threads. And I'm going to bet that you deserved all the infractions you have been given.

I would also like to thank the staff members who have personally apologized to me, over what happened in the SFA section, it means a lot. And I adore you all for it.

 

I can't simply make a joke? And this guy was trolling, im 100%. You should remove the infraction for spamming because if I was spamming, i'd post something irrelevant to the post. And almost all the rules here on sythe make no sense. Just an opinion.

And the Christmascracker, Get off. You have no business in my business.

 

Trolling a market thread is spam, which warrants an infraction. If you can't accept that, feel free to go elsewhere.
