Account Clean Recovered Help.

Ok so i've been on RSC And Rs Forums now and I Havent been helped.


Basically my account is being recovered somehow and i have All the details to recover it.

So, i need an account clean so he can't keep recovering my account.. But how do i get one?

i've posted on the 'I've been hijacked' Forum thread on Rs forums And No reply and it's been 8 Hours.

Can any of you help me?

 

Make sure you are polite, mods love that kind of thing. Also mention your friend or something mentioned something about account clean trial but you don't know what this means. This worked for my friend

 

Can you put me in contact with your friend? Skype/Anything?

 

It seems liek your are keylogged. Download malwarebytes and scan your computer. After you delete your viruses change all passwords and such.

Recover your account with the reason "someone knows my recoveries" once you do it the password will change and recoveries will be deleted. remake recoveries and you should be safeting

 

Im pretty sure it's not the recovories, the account was given to me by a friend at 50 cb, now im almost maxed turm zerk and he was the only one who knew my pin. im 100% sure it wasn't him...

How can i check if im ratted tho, i checked Msconfig and did system restore.. I'm just clueless

 

You should post on Forum Emergencies. Just tell them your case and type your account details in there you recover with. The post will be hidden for just JMods to see.

i don't have a keylogger you idiot. i have scanned with malwarebytes and checked msconfig and nothing.

as the other people said make sure you arent keylogged or ratted. beyond that maybe try to get your account locked and then wait a week or so and see if the hacker gets bored and moves on?

You obviously don't know what FUD is. Anti-virus only offers you a small line of protection and awareness when scanning, you can't expect it to catch even 50% of the infections that you may encounter.

These people are trying to help you, and you making yourself look like an asshole and an idiot by flaming them isn't a great way to respond.

Either change your recovery details from a different computer (that is NOT connected to the same network as your computer i.e. in a different house, etc) or wipe your hard drive and reinstall Windows and change your recovery details then.

I assume he will still be able to recover your account until Jagex deletes all the past recovery information, because he will still have all the original creation details used to recover the account (you do not need recovery questions to recover the account). So, you will just have to wait that part out.

Side note: I'm surprised Jagex hasn't already locked the account if it has been recovered by you and this other person. They have done that to me on accounts when I recover them from my work and then my home, etc.
