If I were to buy upgrades from members here that pay via Surfpin could it be charged back?

Also how much are noob accounts with scythe worth?

Noob accounts with ONLY scythes are worth 10-15m. Scythes and bunny ears, however, are worth 30-40m on a NOOB account. Especially on an account with low defense, meaning lower than 45, as they can easily be made into zerkers. If you want ONE defense, expect alot more, and having a HARD time finding your account- even more so from a trusted dealer.
Source: I bought a bunny/scythe account recently. Was a lot of work finding and buying it. Mele stats: 30 att 28 str 30 def 11 prayer. Cost? 30m for the whole account.
