anyways, what quests has it done?
Looking at the skills with 0 quests completed, I say 40m? with 100 + quest points, 55-65m

 

has dt, mm, all the pure quests and has addy gloves

the funny thing is i got this account for 50m so anythign over that is a profit for me.
and i got it for so cheap because the guy thought he could recover it after he sold it to me but he cant anymore hahaha

The previous owner probably bought the account from someone and doesn't have all the original info so he can't recover it anymore.

I'd offer 90mil for it roughly, just do the the fact they did the minimal things to get the quests done. Only combat was done besides quest requirements.

 

well when i got onto the account i changed the bank pin and i told him that so if he recovered it he wouldnt be able to use the bank and then i changed the recoveries which was taking 14 days and i changed the email to my email, and a couple days after i bought it the account was locked but i recovered it and the recovries were removed but i still had the account and im pretty sure theres no way for him to recover it now

I would say 200m only if you would do a recov test though so many of teh noobs be recovering now a days
