Which cables exactly, do you know?

And what is the quality like on it.

I only ask because the reviews aren't so good.

Honestly.. do not waste your time on SD capture cards. It does not matter if you do not intend to be a super pro and have 100k subs, you will get literally zero views if you have a subpar capture card. It would be a very wise decision to just save up slowly and get a good capture card that can record in at least 720p rather than splurging on something you won't quite like in the end.

My suggestions are (in order of preference):
    Hauppauge Colossus (internal)
    Black Magic Intensity Pro (internal)
    Hauppauge HDPVR

Everything else will be basically a waste of time/money and not quite the quality you want/your viewers will want.

Alright thanks, I'll look into it.

Damn.. They are all like £150, way out of my budget at the moment. Nearly as much as I paid for my xbox itself.. Thanks for the recommendations though - but I doubt I'd be willing to pay so much with no gaurentee of viewers (if I got a decent viewer base with a slightly lower end, maybe 480p card, I'd probably invest in something more high-end..)

    Thanks for the recommendations, though.

Actually the Hauppauge Colossus is only $131 + $8 shipping on NewEgg. Not entirely positive on conversion rates but that's roughly 75-80 euros isn't it?

edit: got off my ass and converted it myself, it's about 98 euros. Meh not THAT far out of your range lol

My currency is Pounds (GBP), not euros. It converts to about £86, however newegg does not ship to the UK, so I am forced to buy it from amazon.co.uk, which sells it for about £141 =|

only thing i would reccomend would be hauppage or black magic, but those are out of your price range.
honestly you should get a good one now instead of getting a good one later after buying an ok one
