How the fuck do you slice the cheese in your country?

I use a cheese grater, or if I'm feeling hardcore, the side of my hand, though this hasn't actually worked yet.

 

I use a cheese knife (see pic below)
I've never seen or heard of the implement depicted in your opening post.



What do you do when the cheese gets too small to use that implement? It also looks like it's designed for larger blocks of cheese, it would be pretty useless in UK as for some reason we insist on selling cheese that's only about an inch thick.

The cheese knife has never failed me and I can't really think of any flaws with it. Is it commonplace for people in Scandinavia to have one of those?

EDIT: Come to think of it, there may be a side of my cheese grater which does something similar. I'll have to have a look tomorrow. Interesting. Very interesting.
