Don't have any CSS keys in stock (+ mostly they should be "SMP" keys, not only for CSS). Got some CSS Steam Gifts for sale (left), $18 per one.

 

Sorry, looking for more of a cd-key and I plan to buy in bulk, i need a supplier

SMP = Source Multiplayer Pack CD-Keys, which contains:

CSS, DoDS, HL2DM & HL2LC.

And costs $30 / €23 off Steam.

I can get EN SMP keys, but the price wouldn't be cheap, even for in bulk order ($25 per one). For RU SMP keys, that price will be $20, but those keys will be only in RU (I think).

So far I have 12xCSS Only (not SMP) Steam Gifts left for sale (which will add on eBay for sale soon), $18 per one for only 1 or $15 per one for all (in bulk order) of 'em. Bought legally with MY CC, not stolen, with my OWN funds. Already purchased over 150 Steam gifts to many friends and international fellas (some vouches already for that).

I'm not sure that you'll find a [cheap] supplier, because I haven't found a good one also for so many months (only accs are cheap), till then, it's better to get 'em from Amazon.com directly.
