there is one simple fact: no one can justify its illegality

 

I believe tobacco/alcohol are legal for two reasons.
1. $$$$$$$$$$
2. Population control

The deaths caused by tobacco/alcohol help slow the exponential rise of the World Population! (My Opinion)


Edit: I also smoke weed everyday and support the legalization, just thought I'd throw that in there.

1. Yes, but are you able to grow and process tobacco in your own home?
How many alcohol stills are still around for personal use?
The government can require people to pay taxes because it is the only way it can be obtained.

However marijuana can be grown from inside your home, or outside!
It is pretty hard to regulate something that I can produce myself. If it was mage legal, I estimate that 50% of marijuana will be grown personally and not purchased from the government.


2. Where would our World Population be without WW1/WW2? There would many more people without the some kind of loss on population, and the growth of human kind would grow exponentially as hell! Also, take global warming into consideration when dealing with population control.

simply put: anyone can grow flowers in or outside their home. Yet the floral industry still thrives to this day. Hell, just bought flowers for my gf the other day.

 

No shit. I don't crave roses and dandelions, and spend $600/month on flowers.
However, I do spend $600/month on marijuana.

Big difference in motivation to illegally produce.
Also, the government would be charging the same prices ($3500-$4000/lb of plant)

I get my prices from Medical Marijuana shops, that get taxed by the government.

You think the government's going to come in and say "Okay potheads, we are going to slash prices 50%!"

Hell no, their motivation to legalize in the first place is MONEY!!

I don't support this at all, I sat on the street while trying to cross because of this, I fell asleep at the mall because of this, I got reprimanded at school when I was in highschool coz I shouted in front of our principals office coz I thought I was just whispering everytime I talk. I smile all the time and I can't help it. I laugh at anyone who looks at me coz I had a feeling they were also high. My cousin became antichrist coz he thought there are palaces and unicorns underneath the ocean. He was having a good life in europe, but it all went down coz he had to come back here and do some crazy shit again. I ate spaghetti like they were rocks. I lost my way home coz my sight were all yellow while staring at the moon for half an hour.

I mean you could say marijuana is ok for you, you are doing it for the better. But some people doesn't know how to handle it or their body will ever be able to handle it.

If it will be legalized I think the world will be chaotic, full of crazy people, undergrad kids, son's bangin their own mom, 12 year old kids bangin goats(true story from our local news).

Getting high on marijuana aint just normal, might be for some people like you who knows how to handle it, but 50% of the population I'd say are crazy enough to get exposed with this.

 

People must get super duper high from where you live!

purple haze for $8 a gram??? I pay $15 per gram for shit thats not as good of quality. so yeah, its already 50% cut right there.

and for the record, they would be pretty stupid to not cut the prices as it would still be easy for drug rings to sustain themselves and maintain nice profit by simply cutting their prices in turn or even offering the same prices but tax-free.

 

But, at those prices, the plant is still worth $4000/lb
And that is where it is legal and mass produced in warehouses.
