Movie Services Approval

Recently, a new sticky has popped up in the Non-Virtual items section of the boards, requiring users that offer pizza services to obtain approval before releasing their services to the public, found here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1176964

On that note, I suggest that Movie ticket services be subject to the same jurisdiction, as both are purchased online using the same payment method, and before the sticky was issued, users usually interlinked the two.

A prime example is a user offering a Pizza + Movie ticket service found here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1176520

However, once his topic was closed, he started a new topic, with only Movie tickets found here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1177303

The main reason why pizza services are subject to approval before being allowed is being people have been using stolen credit card information and other black-hat methods to obtain temporary payment for them. Movie tickets are paid with the exact same way so shouldn't they be treated the same?

 

Support the rules should be outlined clearly.
