Do you think he was justified in shooting him?
my opinion is that i think there was nothing wrong with him shooting at them to protect him self but after coming back into the store to get a second gun to shoot him again was a little to far.

 

Excessive to kill him when he has been neutralized, especially when it is just a robber.

If it was a severe crime I would not disagree with his actions, but then again I do not know anything about the robber...He could be a child molesting kidnapper as well.

He was most certainly not justified in shooting him those 5 times. Equal force self-defense law may apply to shooting him once, however, when the robber is unconscious, it definitely does not apply. What an animal.

 

Wow. He's a total bitch and a murderer. He neutralized the robber with one shot already and then he goes back to his counter and gets a second gun only to shoot him 5 more times? wtf is wrong with him. He should get life in prison. I agree, it was self-defense and protecting the two other females but he had the intention to kill the robber and have him "pay" for trying to rob the store.

well when i heard this story there were people that were saying that it was the boys fault for the choices he made so i just wanted to see what you guys thought

 

I believe he wasn't justified in shooting the robber 5 more times after he was neutralized. That's just barbaric. The robber could have kids for all he knows, and if one shot neutralized, that should have been enough rather then taking someones life.

 

I think he was perfectly justified. HE WAS TRYING TO ROB HIM. Why not kill him ? Do you really want to look over your shoulder for the rest of your life ?

Not only that, but he tried to steal his shit, no one is ever going to fuck with him again.

 

He only needed to stop the robber, anymore after that is just excessive.

 

Was the robber justified in demanding his property by force ? No. Why should he be held to justifiable standards? Especially since he was attacked.

Although I do think what he did was justified, that is just an argument to all the people who think it wasn't.

 

Moved to general discussion.

 

I would do the same, tie him with ropes and tell him to entertain me with the story of his life (With a pistol next to his head) if it's valid I would let him go, if it's not I would shove up the pistol in his ass, shot him and clean the gun afterwards.

 

I would have shot him where it would kill him the first time. You can justify shooting him once but after he is unconscious you can't keep shooting him.

First off, this is extremely old. If you've watched the full length video, you can tell that it's not justified for two key reasons:
1- He shoots him 5 times; that's overkill.
2- He obviously isn't worried about getting shot, as he calmly pulls out another gun and walks up to him. On top of that, I believe in the first video he chases after his friend, only to come back and finish the kid off.

There are more reasons, but I'm too tired to remember them. I'll let you do a little investigative work yourself.
