Staff Feedback

Reposting this, really interested in seeing staff respond to it.


"For me it seems like most of the staff is inactive, but I know the reason for that is because a LOT of it is behind the scenes.

If it isn't too much of a trouble, I'd like staff to post here what they've been doing lately? (To show they're active)"

 

That's rather unnecessary, isn't it? If you don't see a certain someone doing a lot of public moderating, then it's pretty safe to say that they do a fair amount of BTS work. Inactive staff aren't kept around.

 

Not demanding as I didn't say anyone had to do it

It's for the benefit for both the staff and the members of the community.

1. Members will know what staff do, people say in their feedbacks "I haven't seen this person in awhile" Now they'll know.
2. Staff members won't feel unappreciated for what they do, because a lot of the BTS involves people not knowing anything you do and consider you inactive.

Anyways, if you don't want to then don't..

Wulfspade1 - Wulfspade1 is the most active off-topic mod. He really does his job well.

Finn - Awesome guy to talk to and is really active. I see him a lot around the site.

Finn did respond, though probably to someone else's similar suggestion. He said it was not our jobs to make judgments about people's activity, or lack thereof.

 

Finn will not allow mods to sit around and be inactive. If you dont see a mod doing anything then its because they're working BTS

 

I have seen an increase since I last posted about the shown activity, mainly because of the 2 new mods. Wonderful help, and good choice on picking them.

 

Even Dalpra? I don't mean to rag on them specifically, but it doesn't seem like he/she does anything.

 

Then go ahead and post feedback on them if you wish. I think Karl's point was that for a member to come forward and say "I want all mods to explain what they do here" is unreasonable.

 

I understand, and that's reasonable. It's just that he wants us to assume that everyone, if they're not in the public eye, contributes behind the scenes. That obviously wasn't the case with Sacro though, before he was suspended. So I was simply asking whether that mod in particular does.

I'll repost this I guess.

 

Dalpra really must be BTS, his last post was July 6th, and before that was June 22nd...

RsProd - Very active on reports and over all active in the community, other wise great community.

 

RsProd - Your doing AMAZING thanks for taking time to look at all the reports keep up the good work m8.

 

Farcast - handled MANY scam/dispute reports. Keep up the good work!

 

Farcast - Yeah. Farcast has been doing a GREAT job recently. Keep up the awesome work!

 

Not to mention, your doing a great job as well Keep it up!

 

Both him and you have been very active and dedicated recently. I hope both of you keep it up

 

RsProd - Answers his inbox's and seems like a real nice guy to talk to, he is also very funny haha

 

I hope you keep up your indefatigable approach to feedback-giving. I'm sure the staff appreciate their activity being continually remarked upon by you!

 

I've seen Farcasts activity increase after he got global.

The staff as a whole is always doing a good job.
