Scammed $19.75 by Bag

His email on chat ([email protected]) is consistent with the email posted on Sythe.

He contacted me on Sythe to buy Microsoft points at $.7/M. We settled on 50m for 3200 points (this is visible in our chat) and agreed to meet with his account "Ignores" on world 41 at the GE.

He ended up approaching me at the GE with an account other than the one he stated in the chat and said he was ready to buy. I asked him to verify on chat that this account was his, and he suddenly started acting like a noob buying a Falador teletab (a trip-up seeing as it was an f2p world) and claimed that was all he approached me for. During this time, he wasn't responding on MSN.

After that, giving him the benefit of the doubt (not smart), I kept going along with the trade on MSN. He then approached me with a level 3 account called "cashs" (still different from the original account he said he'd use), and again I asked him to verify, and this time he did.

...So I gave him the card code on Messenger and he logged out.

 

Why is he still not banned? I think I've posted sufficient evidence.

Btw he also scammed 50m from "Oj botter" afterwards.
