Hi! I'm New! :D

Well I am new, I came on here because I thought this would be a good start from where I was a while back

Anyways I think I have already made one bad trade with someone they were selling me a UC neopet and they said they would transfer... but they never did.. bringing my hopes up. I have mailed this person about 3 or 4 times about the subject, but no response! I am not sure what to do here... can I tell the name of this person or is this not allowed?

Gather any evidence you can into the matter and make a proper report in Report a Scammer, making sure you follow the requirements of proof.

Judging by the lack of responses, I'd say you've been scammed... just a hunch. So gather any applicable evidence and submit a report, and if you don't have any then I'm sorry but you're SoL =p.

 

Alrighty! I will try to gather as much evidence.. This is not really even fair XD I hope I learn not to trust certain people on here

 

If you can't trust someone, just use an (O)MM.

That would be wise... I've done 2B+ in MMing on another forum and I never went first, so I never was scammed. I went first for the first time the other day, though =p. It's something <.>

Some helpful things... get a trusted free MM, google their e-mail (some people are dumb enough to constantly use the same e-mail for all their scams), look at determine the value of the vouches... etc.

 

If you're buying anything that's worth over like 50$ make sure you're using an OMM.

OR trading with someone that has 50+ vouches.

Also a good tip, always before doing a trade make sure you look at the person you're trading with's vouches. Make sure they have good quality, and quantity of quality.

 

unfortunately it says they have done 25 successful trades, and I thought.. hmmm this person can be trusted.. was I wrong.. thankfully it wasn't that much... but still.

YES @_@ I did not read this person's trade thread... in which the people are clearing defining this guy as a scammer It always happens to me lol

I know.. I keep seeing a lot of people get banned for having fake vouches... so I do have to be careful :/
