Attack/Defence quests for pures..

Anyone have a link or anything with a page which shows them all..?
Im considering making this account:



Into 60 attack and 90/99 str for claws but wondered what quests I would need to do for melee advantage (RFD etc) and what would give me exp in both defence and attack?

Don't expect everyone to do everything for you. I've searched for a guide when I was making one myself, but couldn't find anything reliable. So I just did my own research, doing calculations to see exactly what benefits and total amount of experience I would gain. You just proved you're one of those lazy leechers that want everything done for them, even though the resources needed are found very easily.

 

Once again, I only asked for a link. This is because I couldn't find one. You've just proven that your a fool that cant read..

 

Fight arena gives like 13k atk exp.

 

are you a 1 def pure? and are you looking to go for like turmoil? or a turm zerk, or what?
