    1. Rwt is a bannable offense, so good luck getting your account banned for $70 Santa hat.

    2. Sythe.org has banned him, why would they keep in contact with a banned user unless he was disputing an offense.

I could go on about other flaws in your plan but I honestly cbf..

Is this a bluffing plot in an attempt to gain your money back.
    A) It will cost more money for court than to claim your money back
    B) Jagex will not be involved as selling a Runescape item for money is against the rules.
    C) Chat logs are insufficient proof.

I lol'd so hard. It's the same guy with his fake suicide shit attempting to get sympathy from others in form of RuneScape goods to cover his loss in the scam.

Like I said in your fake suicide thread; "Drama609" Yep, your good at that, causing stupid drama.

Err, in todays legal system the winner of the case can make the person who didn't win pay for all fees.

Well, it does seem he did have a Santa Hat scammed from him.

    (a) Extortion is illegal, you are attempting to extort.
    (b) The sale of items which you do not legally own is prohibited and against the law. As such, your attempts to sell Jagex's Santa Hat are detestable.
    (c) You have no admissible evidence in a court of law.
    (d) Your lawyer is not only imaginary, but a poor imagination at that.
    (e) Hearsay.

Do I really need to use the whole alphabet?

    Silly troll.

Glad you wrote out a more detailed life crushing sentence then mine, i was at work at the time of my original post so i couldn't be bothered with the spell check ect.. lol

OT : I'm curious to know what your lawyer will do to the person who stole your Santa if he lives in a lawless country or a country which does not give a rats ass about virtual goods theft.

    It really depends.

If you where in a lawless country, nothing would happen so long as the country doesn't support extradition.

If you weren't in a country however (impossible), then I suppose the US authorities could come and haul your arse back to face charges.
