How many bots could I run on this?

Just picked up a computer on ebay, here's the specs:
4gb ram
Intel Pentium 4 (P4) HT 3.2Ghz processor x 2
AMD/ATi Radeon HD5450 1GB Graphics Card
How many bots could I run on it?

 

about 8-9 if you're lucky.

if you only use 2-3 clients then id say 10 but if you dont have that many auths
then like 4-6

haha I can run 3 on my laptop smoothly so idk about a desktop.

 

I believe you would be able to run a maximum of 6 accounts at one time, without lag. Any higher may cause a bit of lag.

 

Is the 2x dual core or 2 processors?

Also you can overclock the processor a bit in bios to get you a few more bots out of it. However for 10 bots you will need more ram.

 

He says he has P4s which never came with dual cores at all.

I have a computer with 2x P4@3ghz and 2Gb of memory.

I can run 4 bots maximum and the memory is the bottleneck. CPU usage is about 12% a bot.

 

4-5 bots because your ram, ram determines how many bots you can run.

 

No, I'm always running at 95-100% CPU usage and like 65% Memory Usage.

Anyways, you need to specify. RSBuddy/Powerbot or Nexus? Because there's actually a huge difference.

 

I run 5 bots, all on separate clients, on 3.2Ghz i5:
Using 4GB of RAM @ 60% CPU (RsBots)

That amount of RAM is barely enough for one of your processors
If it's DDR3, I'd suggest a major upgrade ASAP!

 

You cant compare pentium D/4 to i3, lol. Its like comparing celeron to pentium or Pentium 3 to P4 or 1000mhz cpu to 2000mhz cpu etc. I would say your i3 could be better even 50% than his, so...
