Hi, they link them all together afaik, if I try to go to the website to manage my subscription it states "You are not allowed to login." this will PERMANENTLY lock me out of using my lifetime instances once the last week or two of this months subscription runs out.

Just launched Runelite manually into Storm, I DO NOT have access to any plugins it stays stuck with "Plugins are loading" for over 5-10 minutes, I have restarted a couple of times to ensure it wasn't an error.

Tried to resolve this amicably with Ricky and unbanned him from Storm. He has instead requested a refund.

As per our ToS, we don’t have to provide a refund, however I offered 50% as a gesture of goodwill. This would be refunded to the payment source, which I believe in this case was debit/credit card.

The customer doesn’t wish to accept this and would like Sythe to come to a verdict.

 

To note also, the reason for the ban was because the customer was frustrated that their 3rd party product wasn’t working with Storm. This wasn’t a defect or issue with Storm, but the other provider.

The customer voiced their opinion towards staff, which was rather disrespectful, and ultimately the reason for their ban.

As per our ToS, which the customer agreed to upon making their purchase. This cannot be skipped, it has a check-box which is required to be clicked.

- The customer breached our Community Guidelines by being disrespectful towards staff, which is a direct violation of our Terms of Service.
- Our Payment Terms clearly state that accounts suspended or banned for violations are not eligible for refunds.
- All payments are non-refundable except where specifically outlined in our Legal Terms.
- Despite having no legal obligation to issue a refund in this case, we offered the customer a 50% goodwill refund.
- Attempts were made to resolve amicably with the customer so they could be unbanned, but opted for the Sythe approach instead.

You're human, as are we. We don't appreciate abuse because your third party service isn't compatible with our client. If it was a defect with our client, we'd be more understanding, but it isn't.

You won't be receiving a full refund from us. I've outlined the key points of our Terms of Service, which you agreed to upon purchase.

50% is more than reasonable for a plugin which you have launched over 5,000 times (as per our activity logs), and had for several months.

This session log data shows the previous 2 weeks and are then deleted for the sake of server capacity.

EDIT: Times will be shown out of sync slightly, due to when the customer opened the client, and the time that they actually enabled that specific plugin.

I have sent a private DM with a link to the ticket.

You'll notice no messages from Ricky are shown in the ticket. This is due to the functionality of Carlbot, and that it deletes all messages from the banned user, including messages within tickets. As Ricky was banned, and then the ticket was closed, it doesn't show any of Ricky's messages. However, it should show their attitude towards us within the ticket from our responses alone.

The deleted messages when a user is banned by Carlbot, does not shown within modlogs nor Audit Log.
