Just spam his facebook and his friends as well saying he is a scammer

 

That may be false facebook parents
To me they seem too young?

 

Isn't giving out personal information against the rules, even if he scammed you?

Honestly, spamming and flamming them isn't the way to go about getting you're 200M back. The best way would be to act polite, and ask them nicely for the RSGP, in a way that makes them feel sympathetic to you, and they may have refunded you're 200M.

But, now that you've flammed and accused them, there's about a 0.01% that they'll give you 200M back. Learn from you're mistakes, chin up, and let this one slide.

ROFL. Have you ever politely asked a scammer to give back what they shamelessly stole? I doubt it because this method never works.

 

Actually, yesterday, someone charged me back $200.60 for 290m. I worked with him for a few hours, I refunded the $200.60, and he gave me 190M back (he only wanted 100m). So yes, I have asked, and yes it does work.
