I have been scammed by the user Zamon1.

Sythe Profile of the Accused (Scammer): Zamon1

Briefly explain the trade: I bought an iPad and an iPhone 4, 2 of his threads. I payed in full, including shipping, beforehand, as I was new to this site.

How they scammed: After I sent the money, numorous times, the accused claimed to have sent the item. I asked for the tracking number several times, the accused never once gave it to me. In one (1) occurance, as shown here:

I ask for the tracking number in three (3) ways, so in no way can I not receive it. He does not acnowledge the reply in a message.

He claims to have sent the tracking number, but in my chat log, as you see there, it has not appeared. Also, he continues saying he has the number, but never gives it to me, as seen here:

In the above, he claims it should arrive Friday, the weekend of July 4th. it still has not come. He also has not came online, since I am obviously certain they have deleted me off their Windows Live Contacts. He has come online in Sythe, though, as you can tell from his profile link.

I ask for the tracking number, he does not reply. I see he has delted me and logged onto Sythe, I escalate.​
