To those that have made a fuss about my IRC actions, here is my reasoning

If he hadn't said this, I would have brushed it all off as a joke.

 

Ah, I see, that is defiantly true. I guess the new outburst of newcomers coming in to trade gold/items does increase the amount of reports sent it, but I would assume it to be a "quick" fix by appointing new moderators to help out. (Which has happened, 2 new ones. Blondi and Det)
So I hope to see an improvement

And thank you for not flaming me, all of you, for what I have written earlier.

 

I don't think this is the place to argue about this, but I have to point out that your defense would be valid if he said it before you acted unprofessionally and banned him without reason. That comment was made quite a while AFTER, while he was upset for good reason, as a consequence of how you treated him for relatively doing nothing but joking around. Not only that, but once confronted about it you were condescending and patronizing, sarcastically making fun of those who were questioning the validity of your actions. He would've never said that if you didn't act the way you did.

 

Anyone with a lick of sense would have waited a while before they began prattling on and ultimately insulting someone's personal life. I'm not arguing about this though. What's done is done.

 

There's a group of individuals that I want to share my gratitude with. Plznate, Finn, Karl, and any other staff member that's helped me along my way. I've had a tough start, you could say but they've all helped me. I just can't express my thanks enough towards you.

 

In no way did he have a right to say what he did, but the point is that the whole thing could've been avoided if it was handled properly. What's done is done, and you're receiving feedback on it. You can't defend your actions by using the consequences that they themselves induced, but you can learn from them. Anyway...

 

Honestly, I've always seen Verts as one whose head was straight and cool, even so much that it is one of her prominent features. I wasn't in the IRC, but there is never a place for someone to talk down on another, especially with such personal insults as I have seen reported about it. Taking a few days off is an appropriate course of action for Sanctuary, who is generally not confrontational like that. I think he got a little hot-headed for whatever reason. It's just a temp ban.

Louis - Not sure, you just came back, and... You do seem to be very attentive to spam reports.
Pokemoners - See you here and there, and you are also very attentive to spam reports.
Sengira - Haven't seen you much, accountable by your absence.
RsProd - Phenomenal job, high praise!
Wulfspade1 - Best OT mod I've witnessed on Sythe. Your doing superb!




Clashfan - Don't see you around much, however, I do see you online. I'm sure you do your part internally.
Dalpra - Haven't seen you as much since a few weeks ago, accountable by your absence.
Farcast - Deserved Promo, well done!
FireZ - Fantastic Global, unparalleled job in the scam reports!
Giddy - Don't see you much anymore.
Karl - Doing very well, see you cleaning up the scammers which is always good!
n4n0 - Your a bit busy lately? I can still see you play an assiduous part in the community despite your busyness.
Plznate - Exact same with n4n0, you guys are a great asset to the community.


Finn - Still the most active admin!
Giverny - Second most active admin. I'll eschew the recent IRC incident, I'm sure the reasoning was legitimate.
Matthew - Very swift at handling donations!
Govind - I don't see you around much. It'd be nice to see you be a bit more active in posting around the forums; I'm sure you play your part internally as well, however.
Sythe - The sites running. I'm sure your extremely busy IRL.

 

Pokemoners - Works great. Seen in action trying to find and ban scammers. He is not just waiting for someone to get scammed and report. He is taking action to ban scammers before they scam anyone. Great marked mod.
RsProd - Good mod. Always responds quickly.

CSkiffingt1 - warm and has a welcoming attitude
Determinate - n/a
Louis - one of the nicest i have encountered, very friendly and helpfull
Pokemoners - n/a
