Rely to Keny regarding to this:

No documentation/proof of attempting to sell the GP elsewhere
- No documentation/proof to support any of the wealth that you had
- No documentation/proof of the trade itself
- No documentation/proof of any conversation pre-"hi I am here now" message
- There are contradictory type statements between what you are saying and this website chat is stating, IE: You indicating you were in a ticket channel / website chat stating "discord is banned at the moment" & again surrounding you sending the address on discord when they just stated the discord is banned at the moment followed by them saying they have it already

1. I am an Eldorado customer, and I use their services frequently. I have purchased many accounts there, probably worth around $1,000, and I can provide proof. However, in my opinion this is not relevant, even if I sold gold for the first time.

2. Documentation of the trade itself is not needed, since he confirmed on the website that I was trading with the correct person. That’s why I didn’t take any. I have also checked previous reports on Sythe that are similar to my case. In those, the mods never asked for a picture of the trade, which makes sense, because if someone was scammed, the scammer would always confirm it was him on Discord or the website.

3.I think this is not relevant to the report at all, since I already have the most important proof: confirmation from the secnx.com website livechat that it received my 24b OSRS gold. Why would proof of the trade be required then if they have
confirmed the trade already?

5. There is nothing contradictory. Their Discord server was banned. I visited the website, as mentioned in previous reports. I went there thinking I had left the server and wanted to find the Discord server link. When I clicked on the Discord icon, I was redirected to the Secnx Discord server, which had 6–10 members. (I have proof of this if needed.)

I asked them why the server had such a low number of members, and Secnx told me that the previous Discord server had been banned. They said I could proceed with selling OSRS gold on the website, so I went to the website and said, "I am here now."

@Keny I think you misunderstood the report.
I have been in another Discord server that had 6–10 members, and it was linked on their official website.
As I understand it, you believe that I was in a banned Discord server and, at the same time, talking in the ticket channel, which is not possible. If that’s what you’re thinking, then you have misunderstood the report.

I also checked the Discord invite link again on their official secnx.com website to make sure I was in the correct Discord server, which I recorded here.
