I've gone to a few vendors who won't touch me as im currently level 3 (but have 1k total, been a skiller until now)

Im seeking 1-70 base stats with as high of prayer as you can get me within that.

This will include gathering items, potentially questing to unlock weapons etc.

Im expecting to pay above what would be "normal" for this service.

Please post below quotes, account has full graceful etc not that I imagine that matters.
