Anydice.com is "an advanced dice probability calculator, available online. It is created with roleplaying games in mind."

I'm wondering if this could help figure out a pattern in runescape dicing?

Well I suppose it could, but in the end dicing is all chance and luck. Eventually its not going to work.

In most video games, numbers are random with no system of what comes up regulary and what comes up less commonly. This would not work.

Java itself has a random number generator. I'm sure its integrity is sound, and I'm also sure Runescape uses one exactly or almost exactly like it. You'd be wasting your time finding a pattern.
