I'm pretty new to photo shop so don't take me too seriously. Just give a rating of 1-10 and what I should improve on.. thanks!

2, sorry. I can tell you are new to photoshop. Try look up tutorials on youtube and download some GFX packs that have styles and renders. Try also download new fonts and use blending options that look good. Not just the default gradients.

Ok dude you really need to look up some tuts
Get down the basics before trying to do the tricky stuff
Right now it is evident that the basics are lacking
Try to start off getting your colours coordinated right (not monotone btw)
Make them fit together and complement each other.
What comes next is up to you. Get your blending, lighting, depth, flow and composition down. These will get better the more you gfx. You can not simply just get good at it. You sort of get a knack after a while.

As a a beginner, I recommend for you to just start off with brushes to get down colours and stuff, than move onto smudge to get flow and blending down.
Then you can move to the big boy stuff. The c4ds and fractals. don't rush into these because trust me it can turn out very badly and amateur-ish just slapping on c4ds

you should follow some tutorials to get some skills under your belt. I suggest looking at depth flow and colour scheme tutorials, but also look at general sig and gfx making ones :) Once you have some basic techniques you can start developing your own style and techniques. Keep going!

off topic: I don't like how it said the English spelling of colour is spelled wrong :p

3/10, you shouldn't get the text too big, nor too stretched out.
Main key to valid designs is to keep your colors very close to eachother; Do not mix up green with light-pink for example, that'll just look horrid (unless you manage to match them somehow ofcourse.)
